All orders are processed and dispatched from our South African warehouse/s. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that “working days” are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. The cost is determined by your delivery address and the total weight of your order. You will be able to view the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
A flat shipping fee applies to all orders to cover courier and handling costs.
We deliver to all physical addresses within the Republic of South Africa. We currently do not offer international shipping. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this to track the status of your delivery.
